Public and private organizations eligible for grants--two or moremay join for purposes of program.

660.535. 1. Public and private not-for-profit organizations andcorporations shall be eligible for purposes of application for grants providedfor in sections 660.530 to 660.545 subject to any rules or regulationspromulgated by the director. Two or more organizations may join together forthe purposes of sections 660.530 to 660.545.

2. General business corporations, public and private, andnot-for-profit corporations, partnerships, limited partnerships, associations,and sole proprietorships shall be eligible for purposes of application forgrants provided for in sections 660.530 to 660.545 subject to any rules orregulations promulgated by the director. Two or more organizations may jointogether for the purposes of sections 660.530 to 660.545.
