Publicizing of available funds for program--duties of director.

660.537. The director shall publicize the availability ofmoneys to be used for the purposes of sections 660.530 to660.545. The director shall request, on forms prescribed by him,such information as he determines relevant and necessary to theevaluation of each application. The director shall solicitcomments on the application from other concerned agencies such asthe designated area agency on aging, the local division of familyservices office, the local department of health and from othergroups concerned with the needs of the elderly or children.
