Alteration of unit with seal, prohibited when.

700.025. No dealer, manufacturer or their representative shall alteror cause to be altered any new manufactured home or modular unit or usedmodular unit used for educational purposes to which a seal has beenaffixed, if such alteration or conversion causes the manufactured home ormodular unit to be in violation of the code.
