Letter of approval required for anchoring and tiedown systems--displayand copy requirements.

700.080. The commission shall approve or have approved,prior to being sold, being offered for sale or being installed,any anchor or tiedown system designed and intended formanufactured homes. Before any such system shall be sold,offered for sale, or installed, a letter of approval from thecommission or its authorized agent approving the particularsystem or complying with the Missouri standards shall beprominently displayed at each place of business selling, offeringfor sale, or installing such system, and a copy shall befurnished each person purchasing the anchor or tiedown system.
