Registration not required, when.

700.097. No insurance company, finance company, bank, or trustcompany shall be required to register with the commission in order to sellany manufactured home or modular unit repossessed or purchased by thecompany on the basis of total destruction or theft thereof when the sale ofthe manufactured home or modular unit is in conformance with applicabletitle and registration laws of this state.
