Certificate of title to be issued to owner by director of revenue,when.

700.529. Upon proof of all the foregoing *in section 700.527*by proper affidavit and upon compliance with the provisions ofsections 700.525 to 700.541, the director of revenue shall, ifrequested, issue a new certificate of title to the landlord.
