Owner of manufactured home or holder of security interest may claimtitle, requirements.

700.533. The owner of such manufactured home or the holderof a valid security interest therein which is in default mayclaim title to it from the landlord seeking possession of themanufactured home upon proof of ownership or valid securityinterest which is in default and payment of all reasonable rentsdue and owing to the landlord.
