Fees collected by department to be deposited in public healthservice fund, purpose.

701.049. 1. All moneys collected by the department pursuant tosections 701.025 to 701.059, except any administrative penalties, shall bedeposited in the state treasury to be credited to the Missouri publichealth services fund, which is created in section 192.900, RSMo, and usedfor the specific purposes authorized in sections 701.025 to 701.059, exceptas provided in subsection 2 of this section, including contracting withcounty governments and local health departments to accomplish the purposesof sections 701.025 to 701.059.

2. The director may, upon appropriations from the general assembly,use money from the Missouri public health services fund for development ofinnovative sewage systems and pilot programs.
