Appeal from chief safety inspector's decisions, procedure.

701.379. 1. Any aggrieved person may appeal any decisionof any state inspector to the chief safety inspector of thestate. Any appeal of a decision of the chief safety inspectorshall be taken as provided in chapter 536, RSMo.

2. Any person aggrieved by a decision of a municipalinspector may appeal such decision to the municipality inaccordance with municipal ordinances.
