     17-3-112. Earnings -- statutory appropriation. If the federal government directs that funds received under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, Public Law 111-5, must be invested and that the earnings must be expended for the same purpose as the funds generating the earnings, then the earnings are statutorily appropriated, as provided in 17-7-502, for the same purpose as the funds generating the earnings.
