19-13-701. Eligibility for service retirement.


     19-13-701. Eligibility for service retirement. (1) A member who has completed 20 years or more of membership service has attained normal retirement age and is eligible for service retirement.
     (2) A vested member who terminates service before completing 20 years of service and keeps the member's accumulated contributions on deposit has attained normal retirement age and is eligible for service retirement commencing on the member's minimum retirement date.
