     3-15-104. (Temporary) Trial jury defined. A trial jury is a body of persons returned from the citizens of a particular district before a court or officer of competent jurisdiction and sworn to try and determine, by verdict, a question of fact. (Effective on occurrence of contingency)

Except as provided in 3-20-103, a trial jury is a body of persons returned from the citizens of a particular district before a court or officer of competent jurisdiction and sworn to try and determine, by verdict, a question of fact.
