3-15-705. Manner of impaneling.


     3-15-705. Manner of impaneling. The jury must be impaneled as provided in:
     (1) Title 46, if the action is a criminal one;
     (2) Title 25, chapter 7, part 2, and Rule 18B, Montana Justice and City Court Rules of Civil Procedure, if the action is a civil one.
