35-19-203. Waiver of notice.


     35-19-203. Waiver of notice. (1) If this chapter or the buying cooperative's articles of incorporation or bylaws require that notice be given, a person may waive the notice if the waiver is in writing and signed by the person entitled to the notice whether before or after the time fixed for the giving of the notice.
     (2) If a person entitled to notice of a meeting attends the meeting, the person's attendance constitutes a waiver of notice of the meeting, except in the case when the person attends the meeting for the express purpose of objecting to the transaction of any business because the meeting was not lawfully called or convened.
