MONTANA STATUTES AND CODES

37-11-201. General powers -- rulemaking.


     37-11-201. General powers -- rulemaking. The board may:
     (1) adopt rules to implement this chapter;
     (2) issue subpoenas requiring the attendance of witnesses or the production of books and papers; and
     (3) take any other disciplinary action necessary to protect the public.
