     39-71-1003. Payment for vocational rehabilitation expenses for injuries occurring on or before June 30, 1997. For injuries occurring on or before June 30, 1997, a disabled worker may be paid vocational rehabilitation expenses from funds provided in 39-71-1004, in addition to benefits payable under the Workers' Compensation Act.
