50-51-203. Right to renewal. - Montana Statutes

     50-51-203. Right to renewal. (1) Existing licenses shall be renewed as a matter of right, unless conditions exist which are grounds for a cancellation or denial of a license.
     (2) Renewal may be obtained annually by paying the required annual license fee.
