MONTANA STATUTES AND CODES

61-2-506. Rulemaking authority.


     61-2-506. (Temporary) Rulemaking authority. (1) The department shall adopt rules necessary for the administration of this part.
     (2) The rules must include but are not limited to:
     (a) the weighting of the criteria listed in 61-2-504 for scoring purposes;
     (b) allowable reasons for not awarding a grant;
     (c) the appeal process for an emergency medical service provider that does not receive a grant; and
     (d) reporting requirements for grant recipients. (Terminates June 30, 2011--sec. 12, Ch. 437, L. 2009.)
