     61-3-314. Registration period. For the purposes of this chapter, there are 12 registration periods to which a motor vehicle may be assigned. Each registration period commences on the first day of a calendar month. The periods are: (1) January 1 through January 311st period (2) February 1 through February 28/292nd period (3) March 1 through March 313rd period (4) April 1 through April 304th period (5) May 1 through May 315th period (6) June 1 through June 306th period (7) July 1 through July 317th period (8) August 1 through August 318th period (9) September 1 through September 309th period (10) October 1 through October 3110th period (11) November 1 through November 3011th period (12) December 1 through December 3112th period
