69-14-805. Violations of loading platform provisions.
69-14-805. Violations of loading platform provisions. Every railroad company neglecting or refusing to comply with the requirements of 69-14-801 and 69-14-803 through 69-14-805 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and be subject to a fine of not less than $500 for every 30 days such failure shall continue after notice as aforesaid.
