     7-13-2210. Notice of election. (1) The notice of election required by 7-13-2208 shall describe the boundaries established and shall state the proposed name of the proposed incorporation (which name shall contain the words ".... County water and/or sewer district").
     (2) This notice shall be published as provided in 13-1-108.
