     72-33-503. Enforcement of charitable trust. The attorney general, a cotrustee, or a person who has a special interest in the enforcement of the charitable trust may maintain a suit for the enforcement of a charitable trust, but persons who do not have a special interest, the trustor, or the trustor's heirs or personal representative may not maintain a suit for the enforcement of a charitable trust.
