     77-1-503. Form to be completed by department of revenue. The department shall provide a form for each county to be followed and completed by the department of revenue. The department of revenue shall, before October 1, make the computations required and submit to the department the completed forms, which must show the computations and method used in arriving at the state land equalization amount.
