     90-8-304. Application of securities law. In lieu of registration under Title 30, chapter 10, a certified Montana capital company or a certified Montana small business investment capital company may file all disclosure documents, along with a consent to service of process, with the state securities commissioner. The commissioner may not charge a fee for the filing.
