18-1709. Fire protection; fire apparatus; emergency vehicles; contract with other municipalities.Each and every municipality of this state is hereby authorized and empowered to make arrangements and contracts with any other municipality for the purpose of fire protection and for the use of fire apparatus and emergency vehicles and equipment.
