21-188. Certificate of registration; suspensionor revocation; procedure; notice.A regulatory body may, upon a form prescribed by it, suspendor revoke any certificate of registration issued to any limited liabilitycompany pursuant to subsection (1) of section 21-186 upon the suspension orrevocation of the license or other authorization to render a professionalservice by any member, manager, professional employee, or agent of the limitedliability company who is required by law to be licensed or otherwise authorizedto render the professional service for which the limited liability companyis organized to do business. Notice of such suspension or revocation shallbe provided to the limited liability company affected by sending by certifiedor registered mail a certified copy of such suspension or revocation to thelimited liability company at its principal place of business set forth inthe certificate so suspended or revoked. At the same time, the regulatorybody shall forward by regular mail a certified copy of such suspension orrevocation to the Secretary of State who shall remove the suspended or revokedregistration certificate from his or her files and deliver it to the regulatorybody.
