21-2630. Waiver of notice.When notice is required to be given to a member or manager under the Limited Liability Company Act, the articles of organization, or the operating agreement, a waiver in writing signed by the person or persons entitled to the notice, whether before or after the time stated in the notice, shall be the equivalent to the giving of notice.
