23-809. Pool hall; bowling alley; petition for license.Before any such license shall be originally granted by the county board, the applicant therefor shall file a petition in the office of the county clerk of said county praying that said license be granted. The petition must be signed by at least thirty of the resident freeholders of the precinct in which said pool or billiard hall or bowling alley is located and operated.
