23-810. Pool hall; bowling alley; license; hearing; renewal.Notice of the application for original license shall be published at the expense of the applicant for two consecutive weeks in some newspaper of general circulation in such county and precinct giving the time and place at which the application will be considered by the county board. If the applicant is an individual, the application shall include the applicant's social security number. After full consideration, and the hearing of remonstrants, if there be any, the county board may, in its discretion, grant or withhold such license. Any such license may be renewed from year to year upon application and payment of the fee provided in section 23-811, without petition or publication of notice.
