23-811. Pool hall; bowling alley; license fee; closing hour; determination by county board.Before the issuance of such license by the county board, the applicant therefor shall pay into the county treasury the sum of ten dollars per table for the first three tables and five dollars for each additional table and ten dollars per alley for the first three alleys and five dollars for each additional alley as license fee for the period of one year from the date of issuance of said license. Said pool or billiard hall or bowling alley shall be required to close as determined by resolution of the county board.
