23-818. Roadhouse, defined.For the purpose of sections 23-813 to 23-817, a roadhouse shall mean an inn or any other place where the public is invited to eat, drink, dance, or participate in any combination of any two or more of these activities. SourceLaws 1949, c. 34, § 1, p. 127.
