24-1302. Supreme Court; rules; legislative intent.(1) Drug court programs and problem solving court programs shall be subject to rules which shall be promulgated by the Supreme Court for procedures to be implemented in the administration of such programs.(2) It is the intent of the Legislature that funds be appropriated separately to the Supreme Court for each of the programs, the drug court programs and the problem solving court programs, to carry out this section and section 24-1301.
