24-201.01. Supreme Courtjudges; salary; amount; restriction on other employment of judges.On July 1, 2008, the salary of the Chief Justiceand the judges of the Supreme Court shall be one hundred thirty-five thousandeight hundred eighty dollars and sixty cents. On July 1, 2009, the salary of the Chief Justice and thejudges of the Supreme Court shall be one hundred thirty-nine thousand twohundred seventy-seven dollars and sixty-one cents. On July 1, 2010, the salaryof the Chief Justice and the judges of the Supreme Court shall be one hundredforty-two thousand seven hundred fifty-nine dollars and fifty-five cents.The Chief Justice and the judges of the Supreme Court shallhold no other public office of profit or trust during their terms of officenor accept any public appointment or employment under the authority of thegovernment of the United States for which they receive compensation for theirservices. Such salaries shall be payable in equal monthly installments.
