24-229. Counsel forDiscipline Cash Fund; created; use; investment.TheCounsel for Discipline Cash Fund is created. The fund shall be establishedwithin the SupremeCourt and administered by the State Court Administrator. The fund shall consistof a portion of the annual membership dues assessed by the Nebraska StateBar Association and remitted to the SupremeCourt for credit to the fund. Except as otherwise directed by the SupremeCourt during the period from November 21, 2009, until June 30, 2011, the fundshall only be used to pay the costs associated with the operation of the Officeof the Counsel for Discipline. Any money in the fund available for investmentshall be invested by the state investment officer pursuant to the NebraskaCapital Expansion Act and the Nebraska State Funds Investment Act.
