25-1633.01. Grand jury; summons.The jury commissioner shall immediately summon the persons selected under the provisions of section 25-1633, in the manner provided by law, for the summoning of petit jurors, to appear before said court at or before the hour of 11 a.m. on the day such judge or judges may direct, to serve as grand jurors for said term.
