30-242. Devise to state; acceptance; Governor; designation of department or agency.The Governor, upon acceptance of any devise or bequest as provided in section 30-241, shall designate and assign to the appropriate department or agency of the state the duty of administering and carrying out such devise or bequest in accordance with the terms and conditions thereof.
