Candidate; record-keeping requirements.Any candidate desiring to receive public funds shall keep detailed accounts, records, bills, and receipts necessary to substantiate the information contained in any affidavit or statement requesting public funds and all expenditures of public funds distributed pursuant to the Campaign Finance Limitation Act.
