37-351. Nebraska Outdoor Recreation DevelopmentCash Fund; created; investment.There is hereby created afund to be known as the Nebraska Outdoor Recreation Development Cash Fund.The fund shall contain the money received pursuant to section 77-2602 andany funds donated as gifts, bequests, or other contributions to such fundfrom public or private entities. Transfersmay be made from the fund to the General Fund at the direction of the Legislaturethrough June 30, 2011. Any money in the NebraskaOutdoor Recreation Development Cash Fund available for investmentshall be invested by the state investment officer pursuant to the NebraskaCapital Expansion Act and the Nebraska State Funds Investment Act.
