38-1625. Approval to conduct certification course; reinstatement.A course provider whose approval to conduct a certification course has been suspended or revoked may apply for reinstatement at such time as the certification course meets the requirements of the Licensed Practical Nurse-Certified Practice Act and rules and regulations adopted and promulgated under the act and will continue to meet such requirements.
