44-4726. Taxes.(1) The sametaxes provided for in section 44-32,180 shall be imposed upon each prepaidlimited health service organization, and such organizations also shall beentitled to the same tax deductions, reductions, abatements, and credits thathealth maintenance organizations are entitled to receive.(2) Any capitation payment made in accordance withthe Medical Assistance Act shall be excluded from computation of any tax obligationimposed by subsection (1) of this section.
