45-1035. License; revocation; record of proceedings.At the request of the licensee or any other aggrieved person, the department shall prepare a written record which includes a transcript of the evidence, the findings with respect to the evidence, the order, and the reasons supporting the suspension, revocation, or denial of a license, and shall, after being paid for the cost of the written record, deliver to the licensee or other aggrieved person a copy of the written record in person or by certified or registered mail.
