45-750. Department;duties; rules and regulations.(1) The department shall be responsiblefor the administration and enforcement of the Residential Mortgage LicensingAct.(2) The department may adopt and promulgate such rules and regulationsas it may deem necessary in the administration of the act and not inconsistentwith the act. The department shall make a good faith effort to provide a copyof the notice of hearing as required by section 84-907 in a timely mannerto all licensees.
