45-753. Personaljurisdiction; when.Application for a license as a mortgagebanker, for registration as a mortgagebanker, or for a license as a mortgage loan originator pursuantto the ResidentialMortgage Licensing Act shall constitute sufficient contact withthis state for the exercise of personal jurisdiction in any action arisingunder the act.
