48-2115. Contractor RegistrationCash Fund; created; use; investment.There is herebycreated the Contractor Registration Cash Fund to be administered by the departmentand used to enforce the Contractor Registration Act and the Employee Classification Act. The fundshall consist of such sums as are appropriated to it by the Legislature andany fees collected in the administration of the acts thatare to be credited to the fund. Any money in the fund available for investmentshall be invested by the state investment officer pursuant to the NebraskaCapital Expansion Act and the Nebraska State Funds Investment Act.
