48-2117. Data base of contractors; removal.(1) The Departmentof Labor, in conjunction with the Department of Revenue, shall create a database of contractors who are registered under the Contractor Registration Actand the Nebraska Revenue Act of 1967. The data base shall be accessible onthe web site of the Department of Labor.(2) Any contractorthat fails to comply with the requirements of the Contractor RegistrationAct or Nebraska Revenue Act of 1967 shall be removed from the data base.
