Temporary and emergency elevator mechanic thirty-day licenses.The commissioner shall adopt and promulgate rules and regulations establishing standards and procedures for the issuance of temporary and emergency elevator mechanic thirty-day licenses and for the extension of such licenses for good cause shown.
