49-1464. Campaign statements of committees; where filed; public availability.The campaign statement of any committee, including a candidate committee, a ballot question committee, or a political party committee, shall be filed with the commission. The commission shall make all campaign statements available to the public on its web site as soon as practicable. A campaign statement shall be available on the web site for the duration of the election period for which the statement is filed and for an additional six months thereafter.
