49-1530. Specific Authority for Contracts, defined.The short form expression, Specific Authority for Contracts, shall mean that the principal generally authorizes and empowers the agent to alter, amend, enter into, modify, or supplement, to breach or perform, to reform, to release, and to rescind any oral, written, or other contract or other agreement appropriate, convenient, or necessary for effectuation of, and otherwise to agree or contract with any person for any consideration, in any manner, and upon any terms reasonably connected with, any other specific authority or general power granted to the agent by the principal.
