49-1539. Specific Authority for Proceeds, defined.The short form expression, Specific Authority for Proceeds, shall mean that the principal generally authorizes and empowers the agent to demand, enforce recovery of, obtain, or receive any condemnation award for or insurance coverage of, to disburse, invest, preserve, or otherwise use any property received as to, and otherwise to acquire, dispose of, or retain the proceeds of any property or its disposition or of any other transaction.
