District No. 40, description.District No. 40 shall contain the counties of Knox, Cedar, and Pierce and that part of Holt County which includes the precincts of Coleman, Rock Falls, Paddock, Scott, Steel Creek, Shields, Willowdale, Antelope, Iowa, Grattan, O'Neill Wards I through IV, Verdigris, Golden, Inman, Shamrock, Chambers, Conley, McClure, Lake, Ewing, and Deloit.
